General conditions of sale SAS SERAL 1946 The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of SAS SERAL 1946 and its customer in the context of the sale of goods from this catalog and its website. Any service provided by SAS SERAL 1946 therefore implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day the order is placed. They are quoted in euros and calculated inclusive of all taxes. No discount will be granted for early payment. Payment for orders is made directly on the site You have 14 days to change your mind. This is the right of withdrawal. This deadline applies to purchases made online, by telephone or by post (sales through printed catalogues received by La Poste). Returns are the buyer's responsibility, and reimbursement will be made after receipt of the returned items. As such, if the buyer is subject to receivership or liquidation, SAS SERAL 1946 reserves the right to claim, within the framework of the collective procedure, the goods sold and remaining unpaid. Delivery is made by postal shipment with tracking. Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the buyer in accordance with the site conditions. The delivery time indicated when placing your order is for guidance only and is not guaranteed. We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products may not give rise to the buyer's benefit: the allocation of damages; cancellation of the order.
