Payment for orders is made directly on the site You have 14 days to change your mind. This is the right of withdrawal. This deadline applies to purchases made online, by telephone or by post (sales through printed catalogues received by La Poste). Seral 1946 38, Chemin de Lannedarré BP 90 65103 Lourdes Cedex Tel: 00 33 (0)5 62 94 04 07 Payment deadlines are from the date of the order. In the event of total or partial non-payment of the goods delivered on the day of receipt, the buyer must pay SAS SERAL 1946 a late payment penalty equal to three times the legal interest rate. The legal interest rate used is that in force on the day of delivery of the goods. This penalty is calculated on the amount including tax of the sum remaining due, and runs from the due date of the price without any prior formal notice being necessary. If within fifteen days following the implementation of the "Late Payment" clause, the buyer has not paid the remaining amounts due, the sale will be automatically cancelled and may give rise to the allocation of damages to the benefit of SAS SERAL 1946.
