Any service provided by SAS SERAL 1946 therefore implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day the order is placed. They are quoted in euros and calculated inclusive of all taxes. No discount will be granted for early payment. Payment for orders is made directly on the site You have 14 days to change your mind. This is the right of withdrawal. This deadline applies to purchases made online, by telephone or by post (sales through printed catalogues received by La Poste). Returns are the buyer's responsibility, and reimbursement will be made after receipt of the returned items. Seral 1946 38, Chemin de Lannedarré BP 90 65103 Lourdes Cedex Tel: 00 33 (0)5 62 94 04 07 Payment deadlines are from the date of the order. In the event of total or partial non-payment of the goods delivered on the day of receipt, the buyer must pay SAS SERAL 1946 a late payment penalty equal to three times the legal interest rate. The legal interest rate used is that in force on the day of delivery of the goods. This penalty is calculated on the amount including tax of the sum remaining due, and runs from the due date of the price without any prior formal notice being necessary. If within fifteen days following the implementation of the "Late Payment" clause, the buyer has not paid the remaining amounts due, the sale will be automatically cancelled and may give rise to the allocation of damages to the benefit of SAS SERAL 1946. SAS SERAL 1946 retains ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the price, in principal and accessories. As such, if the buyer is subject to receivership or liquidation, SAS SERAL 1946 reserves the right to claim, within the framework of the collective procedure, the goods sold and remaining unpaid. Delivery is made by postal shipment with tracking. Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the buyer in accordance with the site conditions. The delivery time indicated when placing your order is for guidance only and is not guaranteed. We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products may not give rise to the buyer's benefit: the allocation of damages; cancellation of the order. In the event of missing or damaged goods during transport, the buyer must make all necessary reservations on the delivery note upon receipt of said goods. These reservations must also be confirmed in writing within five days of delivery, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. SAS SERAL 1946 shall not be held liable if the non-performance or delay in the performance of any of its obligations described in these general terms and conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure. In this respect, force majeure means any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of Article 1148 of the Civil Code. Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Tarbes (France) Done in Lourdes on October 14, 2020
